What do we mean by Risks Outside the Home?

Risks outside the home is sometimes referred to as contextual safeguarding.

Supporting children at risk of, or experiencing, harm outside the home. Some children experience abuse and exploitation outside the home. This is often referred to as “extra-familial harm.
